Sonoma Skin Care Products understands that there are times when a certain product is not working as planned.
We accept returns within 30 days from the purchase date. We offer a refund, or a replacement of the original product.
All refunds are subject to the following terms:
- Sonoma Skin Care must authorize all refunds within 30 days of purchase. Authorization can be obtained thru contact us.
- Refunds do not apply to Clarisonic.
- Each customer is allowed 2 refunds per year.
- 20% restocking fee will apply to all refunds.
All replacement of products are subject to the following terms:
- Sonoma Skin Care must authorize all replacement requests. To receive a replacement authorization use our contact us button.
- All replacements must be obtained within 30 days of purchase.
- All replacements are for the original product purchased. We do not allow for exchanges.
- Each customer is allowed 2 replacement requests each year.
